Dornier MedTech, headquartered in Munich, Germany, is a medical device company known for its pioneering technologies and revolutionary therapies in urology. We are looking to hire a Field Service Engineer based on Rome.

Responsibilities

• To manage customer services and maintenance in Italy
• To resolve failures at systems of Dornier MedTech equipments and foreign products
• To quickly approach a range of issues from mechanics to electrotechnics / electronics to hydraulics.
• To accomplish preventive maintenance, modifications and safety — relevant checks
• Training of operating personnel at customers
• To identify and to diagnose functional disorders
• To deal with resources efficiently
• Diligently manage spare parts
• Install and start-up different unit and systems of the company
• Technical application in medical devices with / without patients

 
Requirements

• You must bring an engineering degree in electronic or electronic technician (perito elettronico)
• At least 2 years of previous service field experience, preferable in medical devices equipment
• Willing to travel
• Knowledge of Microcomputer and PC
• Good level of English
