Our client is a medical devices company based in the outskirts of Rome. As an Accountant and Office Manager you will perform the general accounting activities for the Italian subsidiary, as well as general administration duties and commercial support.
- General Ledger, accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Be the point of communication with the external tax agency
- Manage office needs such as answering phones or ordering office supplies
- Customer support tasks when required
- Maintain confidential company information
- A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience
- Academic background in accounting or finance, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient level of Microsoft Office
- Experience working with Zucchetti will be considered a strong asset.
- Fluent level of English and Italian
